Hard to argue when it is basically a cmomon term. I'm curious, though. What should other businesses wanting to jump the wagon call their trailers? Still, you had the idea first and you had the legal savvy to trademark it. Too bad, so sad. You saw a need in the industry, came up with the concept and ran with it. Congratulations on that.
